Rooftec Roofing is not responsible for any damages caused by normal wear-and-tear, structural and foundation problems, or natural occurrences such as severe weather and disasters. This warranty is not transferable between homeowners.

Any additional roof repairs or replacements that are not done by Rooftec Roofing are not covered by this warranty.
